to purify strong Vasanas?

Purging is basically hyperventilating.

And then I learned how to purge.

And say 'Would you like to grow (in virtue)?

Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness,

Tell him Do you have the inclination to become pure?

Indeed successful is the one who became pure.

And say, Hast thou the will to purify thyself

Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself,

Then say thou 'wouldst thou to be purified?

He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself,

And say to him Would you purify yourself (from the sin of disbelief by becoming a believer) ,

Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success,

And say, Do you care to be cleansed?

Successful is he who purifies himself.

and say to him 'Are you willing to be purified,

He who purified himself shall prosper,

And say (unto him) Hast thou (will) to grow (in grace)?

He is successful who groweth,

and say, Would you purify yourself?

Felicitous is he who purifies himself,

and say Will you purify yourself,

Prosperous is he who purifies himself,

And say to him, 'Would you be willing to purify yourself

He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself

And say to him, Would you like to reform yourself?

Lasting happiness will be for those who purify themselves,

Then say Have you (a desire) to purify yourself

He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself,

and say, 'Will you reform yourself?

He who purifies himself,

And say to him, 'Wouldst thou that thou shouldst be purified (from sin)?

But those will prosper who purify themselves,

And somehow, we're going to cure it!

He who nourishes it will surely be successful,

Indeed successful is the one who made it pure.

Prosperous is he who purifies it,

Surely blissful is he who hath cleansed, it,

Indeed he succeeds who purifies his ownself (i.e. obeys and performs all that Allah ordered, by following the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism and by doing righteous good deeds).

Successful is he who purifies it.

He who purifies it will prosper,

He is indeed successful who causeth it to grow,

one who purifies it is felicitous,

prosperous is he who purified it,

He has succeeded who purifies it,
